THE 8-WEEK INDIVIDUALIZED FOOTBALL SPEED SYSTEM
One-time payment • Immediate access • Individualized to YOUR Position

Results shown are from athletes trained through Built for Contact system. They demonstrate the coaching process behind this program

In-Season Athletes make one of two mistakes:
They stop sprinting at high quality and slowly lose the speed stimulus they built in the offseason.
They add random drills, extra conditioning, or too much volume and show up with heavier legs.
Neither one is a real in-season speed plan.
You do not need another workout designed to crush you. You need the minimum effective dose of real speed, placed correctly around practice and game day.

Practices stack up.
Speed work disappears.
Strength maintenance gets ignored.
Recovery gets harder.
The body starts feeling beat up.
That is how athletes lose what they built.
Most athletes stop training the right qualities.
That is why I built this
IN-SEASON SPEED SYSTEM
KEEP THE SPEED STIMULUS. CONTROL THE FATIGUE. BE READY TO PLAY AT FULL SPEED.
Our in-season Speed System was built around one goal:
Keep athletes available, prepared, and ready to perform when football gets physical.

WR, DB, RB, QB, space-oriented positions
Acceleration and upright speed
Curves, braking, and reacceleration
More space and longer speed expressions
OL, DL, heavier TE, DE, short-area positions
First-step acceleration and 5–10-yard burst
Lateral-to-linear movement and short-area power
Shorter distances and position-specific force

GAME-DAY REVERSE ENGINEERING
Two-Phase, Eight-Week Progression
Follow a complete progression—not a folder of random drills.
Skills & Bigs Speed Track Programming
Individualized Speed Programming per Position group.
Game-Week Schedule Maps
Know where to place the session for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday games—plus bye weeks and schedule changes.
Green / Yellow / Red Readiness System
Stop guessing when your legs feel heavy. Know when to run the full workout, use the reduced primer, or skip sprinting and recover.
Speed Warm-Up + Demonstrations
Follow the 10-minute warm-up and watch clear demonstrations before performing the drills

8 Week Individualized In-Season Speed System

Complete In-Season Speed System
Exact speed sessions, game-week timing, and readiness adjustments. Separate tracks for Skills and Bigs.

You receive a complete eight-week speed system with separate Skills and Bigs tracks, game-week schedule maps, a full speed warm-up, Green/Yellow/Red readiness adjustments and exact weekly workouts—including every sprint distance, intensity, repetition and rest period.
The system is built specifically for football season. You complete only one carefully controlled 30–40-minute session per week using low sprint volume and full recovery. Schedule maps show you where to place it around Thursday, Friday and Saturday games.
Yes. Choose the track that matches your position group:
Skills: WR, DB, RB, QB, S and space-oriented positions
Bigs: OL, DL, heavier TE, DE and short-area positions
Use the Green/Yellow/Red readiness system before every session:
Green: Full speed workout
Yellow: Reduced speed primer
Red: No sprinting; use the recovery-only route
You can begin with Week 1 at any point during your season. Most sessions require a flat, dry surface with approximately 40 yards of clear sprinting space. Certain Phase 2 sessions also use either a moderate hill or a sled for resisted acceleration.
Speed Profiling (Laser Timing)
10-yard acceleration assessment using laser timing to evaluate first-step explosiveness and early acceleration mechanics.
Vertical Jump Assessment
Measures lower-body power and force production using a vertical jump mat.
Movement & Flexibility Screening
Evaluation of mobility, range of motion, and movement quality to identify restrictions or compensations.Bullet List 5
Power Leak & Force Transfer Assessment
Identifies where power may be lost through the kinetic chain and how efficiently force is transferred during athletic movements.
Athletic Readiness Overview
Review of training history, workload, and readiness to determine appropriate next steps for in-person training.
