As a former Pro Athlete I've lived the journey—Now I help athletes reach their next level. From high school and JUCO to college football and professional athletics, I’ve experienced the work, pressure and sacrifice that come with chasing your next opportunity.
Now, I help football athletes build the speed and physical tools to pursue theirs. Athletes I’ve coached have earned 200+ Division I offers.
I built this 12-week D1 Speed System to bring that experience—and the same core speed-development methods I use with my athletes—into a clear off-season plan you can follow.
I know what your goals mean to you.
Let’s put the work behind them.

1,300+ Athletes Coached / 200+ D1 Offers / Football-Specific Training / $30M+ in NIL & Pro Contracts / Built by Coach Juice

200+ D1 Offers Earned
High school athletes developed for the next level
Pros + College Athletes Trained
Same principles used across higher-level football
Built From Elite Football Environments
Not theory. Not random gym workouts.
Complete In-Season Speed System
Exact speed sessions, game-week timing, and readiness adjustments. Separate tracks for Skills and Bigs.

Built for football athletes ages 12 and up, with a focus on high-school and college players pursuing D1-caliber speed. The system develops acceleration, sprint mechanics, force, top-end speed and change of direction—speed foundations that carry across football positions.
You don’t need an elite training facility. The program includes exercise variations and equipment alternatives to help you work with your available setup, including options for resisted sprinting. You’ll need a suitable running area with enough clear space for the prescribed sprints and room to slow down. Optional equipment (Sled, Bands etc)
You’ll receive the complete 12-week Off-Season D1 Speed System as a downloadable training manual, delivered by email after purchase. It includes three progressive phases, warm-ups, sprint-mechanics work and linked exercise demonstrations. Open the PDF on your phone, tablet or computer, and access the demonstration videos through the links inside.
Your one-time $47 purchase covers the complete off-season field speed program. It is self-guided, with your training instructions and demonstration links included. Strength & Power training and the D1 Recruiting & NIL Playbook with its masterclass are available as separate optional purchases.
Speed Profiling (Laser Timing)
10-yard acceleration assessment using laser timing to evaluate first-step explosiveness and early acceleration mechanics.
Vertical Jump Assessment
Measures lower-body power and force production using a vertical jump mat.
Movement & Flexibility Screening
Evaluation of mobility, range of motion, and movement quality to identify restrictions or compensations.Bullet List 5
Power Leak & Force Transfer Assessment
Identifies where power may be lost through the kinetic chain and how efficiently force is transferred during athletic movements.
Athletic Readiness Overview
Review of training history, workload, and readiness to determine appropriate next steps for in-person training.
